your phone's off the hook, but you're not

i'm really excited about life for some reason. well, i guess there are a few reasons - my mom finally made spaghetti (FUCK YES), i'm finally taking steps towards getting my life together/not being a bum, my health is improving, and i can enjoy food again. it feels good, all of it. since about the end of summer my mood and outlook on life have been so sour. this sounds really cheesy but i actually feel as though the gray cloud that's been hovering over my life is parting. finally.
